Ashleigh Powell is a passionate and versatile multi-instrumentalist who plays flutes, saxophones, clarinets, and piano.

Originally from South Wales and now based near London, he studied music at Cardiff University, having earned an academic scholarship, and later completed a Master’s degree in Flute Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Over the course of his career, he has performed with a variety of Ensembles and groups in many different settings; from professional orchestras in national concert halls to outdoor music festival stages in muddy fields.

In individual lessons or group settings, he loves helping people grow in confidence and introducing them to what the music world has to offer. Whether performing on stage, in the pit, behind the scenes, or in the classroom, Ashleigh’s dedication to musical excellence is always at the forefront of his work. His flexibility and musicality make him a go-to performer for both Classical concerts and Musical Theatre projects across the UK and internationally.
